Services
Stan The Man LLC ("we", "us", "our") provides handyman and home improvement services across New Jersey, including but not limited to pressure washing, painting, assembly, installation, repairs, plumbing, electrical, and outdoor work. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a mutually agreed-upon scope of work.
Estimates & Pricing
We provide free, no-obligation estimates. Final pricing may vary from estimates if the actual scope of work differs from what was initially described. Any changes in scope or pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before work continues.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept common payment methods. Any outstanding balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by New Jersey law.
Warranty & Liability
We stand behind our work and will address any issues arising from workmanship within a reasonable period after completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to our work. Stan The Man LLC is licensed and insured in the State of New Jersey.
Property Access
By scheduling service, you grant us permission to access the areas of your property necessary to complete the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for notifying us of any known hazards, utility locations, or access restrictions.
